Somewhat wrinkly, rather like a prune, though these tend to be laugh lines and just age rather than frown lines. He likes the color silver and wears silver robes. He (unknown to most) wears contacts. Brown eyes.

Personality
He is very mirthful, always joking around. Like most Headmasters, he does have his eccentricities - he collects various forms of writing utensils. He doesn't like being compared to anyone, which is one reason for the contacts - there have, in his opinion, been way too many Headmasters with eyeglasses. He doesn't like punishing students and instead takes off a hunk of points from their House.

He usually comes off as a complete douchebag. He can be all right once you get to know him, however. He cares fiercely for his students, though he doesn't show it. He isn't very fond of textbooks and one of his more famous demonstrations is burning one at the beginning of every year. Is rather overprotective of the Divination teacher.

He believes more in practicality than in textbooks and most of his classes deal with only practical charms. A favorite of many students. When he gets annoyed though, he curses in Welsh (he's from Wales).

Personality
Like a well-oiled machine (gak, cliches), Professor Selachii is professional, efficient, and quiet. She has a rather commanding and authoritarian demeanor, and she rules her classroom with an iron fist (more cliches). An extraordinarily talented witch, she expects everyone else to give their hardest (it was a dark and stormy night, and the cliches were abounding...). She can be a benevolent dictator, or she can be a . . . not-so-benevolent dictator. Your choice. So, behave yourselves.

A jolly lady, very happy and easy to be around. Her class is considered to be one of the easier classes at Hogwarts. Almost all of the students like her and her class.

He has deep black, almost blue hair. It's silky and positively flows down his shoulders. It reaches his hips, and is usually in a loose ponytail at the base of his neck. Long bangs on the sides rest on his shoulders. He has bright, vibrant green eyes. He doesn't look his age; he looks to be about 40, if that.

Personality
He's a serious person. He looks straight at you when he's talking, even if he doesn't like you (although if he doesn't like you, you will be able to observe his lip curling in disgust). Your chances of getting sympathy from him are very, very low, but he will listen attentively to your problem or question and try his hardest to help. He treats students the same as he does adults, but he has a soft spot, and will - almost disdainfully, although he averts his eyes - push the small crystal bowl of sweets on his desk towards you as you leave.

She is tall (6'2) and wiry. Has half moon spectacles and big, blue eyes. Her hair is all over the place and is pepper colored. It is held in a big bun on the back of her neck. Her face is tanned and aged. She almost always wears loose, tattered magenta robes. She has terrible posture and hunches over.

Personality
When you see her, she appears as a cruel, cold woman. She is quiet the opposite. She loves the outdoors almost as much as muggles. You can almost always catch her joking with another member of the staff. She is accepting of everyone and loves all magical creatures. She opposes the owning of house elves and has tried for years to end the "imprisonment" of house elves at Hogwarts. A little bit "hippie."
Her class is not taught the "classical" way. She opposes home work calling it "the chains society uses to imprison your minds." Instead all grades are based on the daily quizzes. Class begins with the quiz, then they learn the new material; which they are tested on next class. It is a continuing cycle. So really, the home work is to study the material.

Just over 6 feet tall, he has long legs and a slim but strong body. He has dark red hair and deep black eyes, with a hint of blue.

Personality
He's a fun person to be around. He's liked by almost all of the students, and is often visited by a few. He has a good sense of humor and likes to tease people (lightly). He's called in as a substitute teacher when the regular Care of Magical Creatures professor is incapacitated, and is good at taking control of his class. He's a good leader overall. He's reliable and easy to trust.He's usually seen walking the grounds. He easily attracts animals from the Forbidden Forest when he's close to it, but even the more dangerous ones don't do any harm (he seems to have a magical affinity or trait of sorts that makes him likable to animals, and lets him calm them easily). He is a wizard, and occasionally teaches the students who come to see him or run into him miscellaneous, (usually) harmless spells at the permission of the headmaster.

Bianna is the embodiment of the phrase, "I am woman, hear me roar." She's enormous, with a full height of 6'2", a thin but muscular body (like a gymnast or swimmer), and waist length chestnut hair. She has a dark tan and screams Amazonian-warrior-princess. Her facial features are striking, but not extremely beautiful or extremely unattractive. She has almond shaped black eyes with dark eyelids and framed with long eyelashes; a long but well shaped nose; high, defined cheekbones; and thin red lips. She is believed to be a mix of Veela and giant blood, with other backgrounds mixed in as well.

Personality
Bianna obviously comes off as harsh when you first meet her, but this is only because of her appearance and her minor distrust of newcomers. Once you get to know her she can be helpful, even friendly, but she tends to stay distant and unattached. As far as anyone can tell, she's never been married or even had a romantic interest, male or female. Her friends are the magical animals, plants, and other fixtures at Hogwarts. However, she is close to some students at Hogwarts and helps them when they need to know some of the secrets of the castle. She's also got a bohemian personality, wearing robes but no hat and not using her wand for all of her magic.

Always wearing a tall hat to make up for his height; standing at 5'' 3', Julius is shorter than most of the students. He has white-blond hair that looks as if he's never brushed it, and chestnut brown skin. Julius can't see anything without his glasses; whenever he loses them, he starts running into walls and such. He deliberately dresses in all white, making him easy to find in any emergency.

Personality
At first, Julius looks rather nice - he tries to smile often and speak quietly, but on occasion he bursts out with rude comments. He's not very fond of children, and gets along better with the older students than with the first and second years. He pretends to be a kind caring nurse because it makes his job easier. He enjoys being a healer, but there are a lot of rumors surrounding this staff member. They say Julius used to be one of the meanest students you could ever come across back in the day - picking on younger students and getting away with breaking the rules - but now he seems to be alright.

She's got long dark brown hair that she usually keeps in a braid down her back and green eyes behind very ugly rectangular glasses that she hates, and is waiting eagerly for her new contacts prescription. She's tallish (5'8'') and quite lanky, and usually wears very colorful robes.

Personality
This will be her second year as the school librarian. Ever since she was very little, you see, this has been her dream job, for she's the ultimate bookworm, and just being around books makes her feel happy and at home. She spent most of her childhood helping out the previous librarian, and as soon as she was finally out of school, she readily took over the job. She's sweet and quirky, kind of an airhead and always thinking about what she's reading. She enjoys being outdoors and climbing trees and stuff, and that's often where you'll find her when she's reading a book. She's not shy at all, but very friendly and ready to include others. She kind of hopes that everyone will come to love books as much as her. Also, she's a muggle born and was a fully-fledged geek before she was ten, and still reads plenty of muggle books and watches muggle movies that are pretty nerdy. (I think she'll be our main source of muggle media.) Many of the students think she's a pretty strange duck, but they know she's really nice and friendly, so they tolerate her eccentricities.
